Terms of Service

1. Subject of the Agreement

The «Lomonosik» service (domain names lomonosov.kids and test.lomonosov.kids) provides the User with access to an intelligent assistant built on artificial intelligence technologies and designed for a children's audience.

The Service account is managed by a parent or legal guardian of the child. Use of the Service by minors is permitted solely under the supervision and with the consent of a parent.

Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory condition of registration. Without agreement to the provisions of this document, access to the Service is not granted.

2. Registration and Account

The parent creates the primary account themselves using the email address provided at registration. Registration requires confirmation of the address by means of a one-time six-digit code.

Separate child profiles may be created under the parent's primary account. Each child profile is linked to the parent's account and cannot exist on its own.

• The User is responsible for the confidentiality of the password and other account access data.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties is not permitted.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, the User must immediately change their password and notify the administration.
• The administration is not liable for actions performed using the User's credentials.

3. Use of the Service

The Service is intended for educational purposes and to assist in the learning of children. Use by children under 18 is permitted only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• It is prohibited to use the AI assistant to create content that violates the law, the rights of third parties, or that contains incitement to violence, discrimination, or extremism.
• Commercial exploitation of the Service's API, automated harvesting of answers, and any actions aimed at disrupting the functioning of the infrastructure are prohibited.
• It is prohibited to circumvent limits, use multiple accounts by a single person to obtain additional quotas, or attempt to reverse-engineer the filtering algorithms.
• It is prohibited to transmit the personal data of third parties through the Service without their consent.

4. Plans and Payment

The Service is offered on the terms of a free trial period with a limited number of requests per day. Extended functionality, increased limits, and support for multiple child profiles are available on paid plans.

Payment is processed through the Stripe and Robokassa payment services. The price and contents of the plans are listed on the Plans page.

• Charges are made on a subscription model — once a month or once a year, depending on the selected period.
• A refund is possible within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of payment upon request to support@lomonosov.kids, provided that the plan's limits have not been fully used.
• The subscription renews automatically until the User cancels it in their account.

5. User Content

The User's requests to the AI assistant are processed by a language model and may be logged in anonymized form for the purpose of improving answer quality, training the safety system, and combating abuse.

AI responses are generated automatically and do not represent the position of the Service's administration. The parent has full access to the history of their child's requests and answers through their account.

The User grants the administration a non-exclusive right to use anonymized conversation data for the purpose of improving the Service. Identifying information (names, contacts) is not disclosed in such use.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an «as is» basis. The administration makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of AI responses; however:

• The AI assistant may make factual errors. The parent must verify answers, especially for younger children.
• The Service is not intended to provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. AI responses on such topics are for reference purposes only.
• The administration is not liable for decisions made by the User based on AI responses.
• The administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and is not responsible for temporary outages related to maintenance work or failures of infrastructure providers.

7. Changes to the Agreement

The administration reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. The User will be notified of material changes at the email address provided at registration no less than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes the User's agreement to the new version. If the User disagrees, they are entitled to terminate the relationship and delete their account.

8. Termination

The User may delete their account at any time through their account section. After deletion, account data is subject to destruction in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The administration may restrict or terminate the User's access to the Service in the event of:

• violation of the terms of these Terms;
• attempts to automatically circumvent safety filters or limits;
• provision of knowingly false registration data;
• other actions that threaten the stable operation of the Service or the safety of other Users.

In the event of termination at the administration's initiative, a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period is made on a pro-rata basis, except in cases of gross violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in court at the location of the Service's administration in accordance with the applicable procedural law.
